1. Overview of the Service

CertificationData.com provides a QR Tag system that allows users to create public reference pages linked to scannable QR codes.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Accounts and Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse, fraud, or security risks.

3. QR Tags & Subscriptions

Each QR Tag requires an active subscription to remain accessible.

  • Tags remain active until the end of the paid period.
  • Canceling renewal does not immediately deactivate a tag.
  • Expired tags are clearly shown as inactive.

4. Payments & Billing

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store card details.

Refund conditions are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

  • Do not publish illegal, misleading, or harmful content.
  • Do not impersonate others or misrepresent ownership.
  • Do not use QR Tags for unlawful or unsafe activities.

6. User Responsibility & Third-Party Interactions

Any information published on a QR Tag’s public page is shared at the user’s sole discretion and responsibility.

CertificationData.com does not mediate, monitor, verify, or participate in communications or interactions between a tag owner and any third party who scans or views a QR Tag.

Any disputes, losses, damages, or issues arising from contact between users and third parties — including misuse of contact details, fraud, harassment, or false claims — are the sole responsibility of the user.

Users are fully responsible for the accuracy, legality, and consequences of any personal or sensitive information they choose to publish.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves.
