Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains cancellations, renewals, and refund eligibility for CertificationData.com.

Effective date: February 11, 2026

CertificationData.com provides a digital QR Tag verification and public page service. All services are delivered digitally and do not involve shipping physical products.

Cancellations & renewal

  • You can cancel renewal at any time. When you cancel renewal, your QR Tag remains active until the end of the current paid period.
  • At the end of the paid period, the tag becomes inactive unless you reactivate it.
  • Charges for renewals extend service time and are treated as a continuation of the existing service.

Refund eligibility

Refunds are not automatically granted. A refund request may be considered only if all of the following are true:

  • A technical issue on our side prevents the service from working as intended (for example, you cannot access or manage your active tag despite normal usage).
  • You contacted support and provided reasonable details to help us investigate (account email, tag code, and what you experienced).
  • We are unable to resolve the issue within 7 calendar days after your report.

If all conditions are met, a refund may be issued at our sole discretion, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Non-refundable cases

Refunds will generally not be provided for:

  • Change of mind or no longer needing the service.
  • User error, misuse, misunderstanding, or incorrect setup.
  • Successfully activated service that is accessible and functioning as intended.
  • Partial use of the service during the paid period (including downloads of QR files or use of the public page).

Note: This section does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your jurisdiction.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. Chargebacks make it harder to resolve issues quickly and may result in temporary restriction of the associated account while we investigate.

Unjustified or fraudulent chargebacks may lead to suspension or termination of access to the service, to the extent permitted by applicable law and our Terms.

How to request help or a refund review

Email our support team at support@certificationdata.com with:

  • Your account email
  • Tag code (CDTAG-...)
  • What happened + screenshots if possible

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies in conjunction with our Terms of Service.
