Frequently asked topics

1) I lost my item — what happens now?

Anyone who finds your item can scan the QR tag and open your tag’s public page. They will see only the public information you chose to publish (like email, phone, WhatsApp, website, or social links) and can reach you directly through those channels.

2) How do I change my contact information?

  1. Log into your dashboard.
  2. Select the tag you want to edit.
  3. Update the fields under Public profile & contact.
  4. Save & publish — updates apply immediately.

3) How do I renew or cancel my subscription?

You can manage your subscription from your dashboard (billing / subscription area). From there you can:

  • Cancel renewal for an active tag (it stays active until the paid period ends).
  • Reactivate an inactive tag.
  • View expiry dates and status.

4) I made a mistake on the printed label.

Printed labels cannot be changed because the label is part of the branded QR. However, you can update your public profile and contact information anytime from your dashboard.

If you need a completely new label, create a new tag and print a new QR.

5) I lost my QR sticker.

Log into your dashboard, open the tag, and use the download options to generate a new QR PNG or print a new A4 sheet PDF (5×6 = 30).
